Sales Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our international support team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in handling customer interactions via email and chat, with a strong focus on sales conversion and client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in an international chat and email support process
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong sales and persuasion abilities
• Ability to manage multiple chat/email conversations simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting sales KPIs and performance targets
• Customer-first mindset with excellent follow-up habits

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to international customer inquiries via chat and email
• Promote products/services and convert leads through non-voice channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Ensure a professional and timely resolution for all customer interactions

Additional Information:

• Work Mode: Office-based
• Working Days: 5 days per week (as per company schedule)
• Shifts: Rotational (including evening/night shifts if required)
• Incentives: Performance-based, paid monthly
