The ideal candidate is an organizing wizard and a learner with a strong technical background and a good interest in commerce and business development of a high quality technical B2B product. Knowledge and experience of the Indian architecture and construction environment is an advantage. He /She has a genuine interest in modern building design, the desire to work in an international environment and has excellent organisational and communication skills, both in speaking and writing.

Responsibility:

Sales & marketing support - Assist the sales team with market intelligence and lead generation - Prepare sales reports, customer presentation, technical documentation.

2 Order management - Process and coordinate sales orders from receipt until delivery

3. Sales tracking & reporting

4. Customer interaction & feedback - Coordinate relationship management

5. Coordination & communication

6. Administrative duties.

Required Skills:

Good communication and advisory skills  Good commercial interest

Good organisational skills

Strong technical (mechanical) interest.

Genuine interest in modern building design

Accuracy, Consistency, Dynamism, Flexibility, Reliability

Independent working capability is required.

Willing to work in an international environment.

Good knowledge of English & Hindi (in speaking and writing)

Other Indian languages are an advantage.

Candidates From from Building material site like Glass, Aluminum, Windows & ACP will be good.

Expertise:

Technical sales follow up with B2B customers (Architects, Real Estate Developers, Fabricators, Engineers)

Product: Architectural parts.
