Job Title: Sales Assistant

Purpose of Role:

- Responsible for increasing sales of the organization

- Contributes towards increasing the topline of the organization.

- Act as a relationship manager with customers and stakeholders.

Role of Department:

- Responsible for selling products and services and generating revenue

- Work to build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements:

· Education - Minimum of HSC

· Has good knowledge of end-to-end Store operations

· Has basic working knowledge of sales and sales techniques.

· Has good communication skills, active listener, process oriented, and eye for detail.

· Possesses high level of integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understands customer’s needs and present solutions that addresses those needs effectively.

2. Undertake exceptional and personalized customer service including up-selling and cross-selling.

3. To be updated on market trends and customer’s tastes / preferences.

4. To retain current customers by understanding their mindsets and encouraging them to continue their suppor.

5. To develop strong personal rapport / relationships with new and existing customers and AIDs as an ongoing basis.

6. Promptly answer customer queries, handle objections and resolve complaints.

7. Have good rapport / relationship with internal stakeholders for ensuring a customer smooth check out.
