Job Title: Assistant Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, well-organized and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with agencies and other team members to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data, including website analytics, social media performance, and campaign results.

Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and website content.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and gather competitive intelligence.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and handling correspondence.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and responding to inquiries.

Event Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline.

Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.

· Experience: 1-3 years experience in marketing or a related field is beneficial.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with marketing analytics tools and social media platforms.

· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are crucial.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

· Creativity: Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to marketing campaigns.

· Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies.

· Graphic designing: Knowledge of basic graphic designing is a big plus.
