About Us:

We are a fast-growing travel & hospitality platform, helping customers with seamless hotel and travel bookings. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can drive conversions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages for sales inquiries.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining services, offers, and pricing.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers and pitch services.
• Upsell/cross-sell travel packages, add-ons, and offers to maximize revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales/tele-sales/business development (hospitality/travel/BPO preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable with phone-based and online sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
