About Us:

We are a growing travel & hospitality company offering hotel, tour, and activity bookings for customers worldwide. We are looking for a Sales & Booking Executive (Night Shift) to handle booking requests, respond to customer inquiries, and close sales during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming booking requests and customer inquiries during night shift hours.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales skills.
• Upsell and cross-sell tours, activities, and add-on services to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with hotels, partners, and vendors to confirm reservations.
• Provide timely updates and support to customers on booking status.
• Maintain accurate booking and sales records in the system.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth booking experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service (travel/hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English fluency is a must).
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Comfortable working with booking tools, CRM, or MS Office.
• Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.

Shift Timing:

• Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)
