Sanghvi Enterprises is a 35+ year old B2B manufacturing and trading company specializing in garment accessories such as buttons, elastics, metal trims, velcro and related accessories. We work closely with garment manufacturers, exporters, and bag manufacturers, with a strong customer base across South India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Accounts Assistant who can support our sales operations while ensuring accurate billing, collections, and account coordination. This role acts as a bridge between sales, accounts, dispatch, and customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Prepare and share quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups with customers
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch schedules
• Maintain customer records, price lists, and product details
• Follow up with customers for repeat orders and feedback
• Handle basic customer queries related to pricing, availability, and order status

Accounts Support

• Generate invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes
• Maintain sales entries in accounting software (Tally / ERP / Excel)
• Track receivables, outstanding payments, and ageing reports
• Follow up with customers for payment collections
• Coordinate with transporters and accounts team for billing accuracy

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with production, stores, and dispatch teams for order execution
• Maintain daily sales and accounts reports
• Support monthly closing activities and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Accounting preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales coordination or accounts support
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting concepts
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi; South Indian language is a plus)
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
