Job Description

Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role as a Sales Assistant at Star11 Health & Fitness GYM located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting and checking in members, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
Calling Leads and Handling Online Salea everyday
Communicating with current clients
Experience in performing Clerical Skills and communicating with customers
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in the fitness industry or hospitality industry is a PREFRENCE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
