Sales Assistant

As a Retail Sales Associate at our leading fashion retail store in Ernakulam, your role involves providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through product recommendations, maintaining store visuals, managing inventory, handling operations, and collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance by understanding their needs and preferences. - Actively listen and engage with customers to build rapport and enhance their shopping experience. - Drive sales by making effective product recommendations and upselling to meet customer needs. - Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's inventory, current fashion trends, and promotions. - Assist in visual merchandising by maintaining an attractive store layout, setting up seasonal displays, and arranging merchandise for visually appealing displays. - Track inventory levels, report low stock items, assist in receiving new merchandise, and keep fitting rooms organized. - Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system, handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies. - Collaborate with fellow associates and management, participate in store meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions. Qualifications Required: - Passion for retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Basic knowledge of fashion trends and product features. - Previous retail experience is a plus but freshers are encouraged to apply. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work schedule includes day and evening shifts at the in-person work location in Ernakulam.
