Job Overview

We are leading fashion retail store seeking fashion Retail visual merchandiser and Sales Associates an to join our team at a leading fashion store in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. Freshers can apply

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance.
• Understand and respond to customer needs, styling preferences, and product inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, engaging in conversation, and building rapport.

2. Sales and Product Knowledge:

• Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the store’s inventory, including product features, trends, sizes, and fit.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and promotions to enhance customer experience.

3. Visual Merchandising:

• Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout.
• Help with setting up seasonal displays and keeping the store looking fresh and inviting.
• Restock, fold, and arrange merchandise to create visually appealing displays.

4. Inventory Management:

• Track inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise.
• Keep fitting rooms clean and organized to ensure efficient flow for customers.

5. Operations:

• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with fellow associates and management to meet daily goals.
• Participate in store meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
• Interest in fashion and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Hours:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
