Job Description

Role & responsibilities Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data. Consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries. Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and notifying managers and customers. Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports. Forwards samples by entering requests; arranging shipment; notifying customers. Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports. Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed Coordination between manufacturing and customers Explore new market possibilities Generate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly data Many more things that include flexibility Required Skill Set Proficiency in data entry and reporting with a strong attention to detail. Excellent administrative writing and documentation skills. Ability to understand and address customer needs with a professional approach Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken). Strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and willingness to learn . Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
