Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for supporting leadership in daily operations, coordinating team tasks, and assisting with the implementation of efficient workflows. Responsibilities will include overseeing team performance, providing guidance and feedback, troubleshooting issues, and helping ensure goals and objectives are met. Collaboration and effective communication will be key aspects of this role.

• Leadership and team coordination skills, including providing guidance and feedback
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
• Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues independently
• Basic proficiency with technology and remote work tools
• Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to evolving priorities
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training preferred
