Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day operations and driving business growth through effective client communication and task management. You will work closely with senior management and directly support the CEO and founders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all incoming emails and calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Handle outgoing sales calls and follow-ups, maximizing client engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in business development activities, including lead generation and relationship management.
• Organize and maintain daily task lists and checklists to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule.
• Act as a personal assistant to the CEO and founders, managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
• Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
