Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Demonstrate strong work ethic and effective time management. Maintain store etiquette, cleanliness, and punctuality. Develop and organize promotional materials and in-store displays. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and store guidelines. Keep accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions. Work proactively toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Key Tasks: Demonstrate and showcase products effectively, supporting customers in selecting the right fragrance. Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Complete daily sales reporting (DSR) and store closing procedures. Validate and accurately receive new stock. Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints. From ideating and creating Reels to managing Instagram strategy, you’ll be the voice and vibe of the brand online. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook & other platforms (Reels, Stories, Posts) Plan and execute content calendars in alignment with product launches, campaigns, and trends Work closely with the founder & marketing team to develop brand storytelling Write captions, assist with creative copy, and maintain brand tone across all content Stay on top of trends and suggest creative ideas that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences Manage and grow the brand’s social media community Requirements: Strong creative skills — video shooting, editing (using CapCut/InShot/Adobe or similar) A good eye for aesthetics and minimal design Passion for branding, fashion, lifestyle, or fragrances is a bonus Strong communication and storytelling ability Ability to work independently and collaboratively Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Freelance Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
