Retail Sales Associate + Content Creator

Fumme, a fast-growing premium perfume brand from Kerala, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate with content creation & presentation skills for our newly opened store at Forum South Bengaluru.

This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with customers, is confident on camera, and enjoys creating short-form videos/reels for social media.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales

• Greet and assist customers at the Fumme store
• Explain fragrance notes, longevity, and help customers choose perfumes
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Manage POS billing, UPI/cash handling
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, testers, and displays

Content Creation

• Shoot product videos, store videos, customer interactions, and small reels
• Present confidently on camera
• Create product demos, customer testimonial clips, POV videos, etc.
• Work with the marketing team to produce Instagram content

Store Operations

• Track inventory and assist in stock movement
• Ensure sampling, testers, and displays are well maintained
• Provide feedback for store improvement

⭐ Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (English, Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage)
• Confident in talking to customers & appearing on camera
• Basic knowledge of Instagram/Reels/ content
• Interest in perfumes and customer interaction
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Energetic, friendly, and good presentation skills
