Sales Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service, demonstrating a strong work ethic and effective time management. Additionally, you will maintain store etiquette, cleanliness, and punctuality, develop and organize promotional materials and in-store displays, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and store guidelines. Keeping accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions, as well as working proactively toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage and invite customers to the store - Demonstrate and showcase products effectively, supporting customers in selecting the right fragrance - Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy - Complete daily sales reporting (DSR) and store closing procedures - Validate and accurately receive new stock - Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints Qualification Required: - Sales experience required - +2/ Graduate Additional Details: The job type for this position is full-time. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. Education requirements include at least Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in retail sales and sales are preferred. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person.,
