Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Sales & Service Executive based in Ankleshwar to support and grow our operations in the region. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with RO plants, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants), CWT (Cooling Water Treatment), and BWT (Boiler Water Treatment), along with the ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Responsibilities:

Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of water treatment systems (RO, ETP, CWT, BWT).

Handle troubleshooting, breakdown calls, and preventive maintenance at client sites.

Monitor plant performance and ensure optimal output.

Prepare detailed service reports and maintain documentation.

Provide technical support and operator training at customer locations.

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.

Follow up on service visits to upsell AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), chemicals, or system upgrades.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of RO, ETP, Cooling Tower & Boiler Water Treatment systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both technical and commercial discussions.

Ability to work independently in the field and handle multiple clients.

Good understanding of water treatment chemicals and dosing systems.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, report generation, email communication).

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.sc in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in water treatment sales and/or service.

Candidates must be based in Ankleshwar or nearby locations.

Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
