Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and follow up on service quotations (AMC/CMC, warranty extensions, spares, upgrades).
Track contract renewals, expiry dates, and ensure timely closure.
Maintain service sales pipeline and order status.
Coordinate with field service engineers for scope confirmation and costing
Act as the single point of contact for hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
Respond to customer queries related to service contracts, invoices, and renewals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records

Job Skills & Knowledge Required

Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Knowledge of AMC/CMC, warranties, spares & service workflows
Good communication skills (email & phone)
Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP systems
Customer-centric and detail-oriented
