Sales and Operations Executive (Exclusive for Women)

Job Description

Manage and oversee the back-office sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement robust end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with front-office inspection teams to align sales strategies and initiatives. Initiate and place inquiries with relevant suppliers. Prepare, track, and follow up on quotations to overseas buyers. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Handle complete documentation post-order and post-shipments. Review documentation from order placement to inspection and testing. Provide training and mentorship to the sales support staff. Coordinate between sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient export of mechanical components. Manage and track sales orders, inventory levels, and overall supply chain performance. Assist in forecasting demand and supply to ensure optimal inventory and smooth operations. Analyze data, market trends, and logistics performance to identify areas for operational improvements. Ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction by effectively coordinating logistics and supply chain processes. Key Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in Commerce/ Science , B. Tech or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of sales, supply chain, and logistics operations, particularly in export markets (preferred but not required). Excellent English communication Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
