Role & responsibilities:

Market Research & Data Collection

• Conduct market research on pre-schools across Bengaluru using open sources such as Google and other public platforms
  
• Collect and maintain accurate data including:
  
• School details
  
• Founder/Owner names
  
• Contact information
  
• Analyze demandsupply gaps between parents and pre-schools
  
• Perform basic competition analysis and share insights with the founders
  

School Outreach & Onboarding

• Connect with pre-school founders/owners via calls, emails, and in-person visits
  
• Pitch EduDiscoverys platform benefits clearly and confidently
  
• Onboard schools onto the EduDiscovery platform
  
• Assist schools in understanding and using the platform features, including:
  
• Listing their school
  
• Claiming page ownership
  
• Managing profile information
  
• Accessing analytics and leads
  

Platform & Founder Support

• Explain key benefits to schools, such as:
  
• Increased visibility to parents
  
• Analytics and insights on page views and leads
  
• Verified parent enquiries
  
• Online presence and branding support
  
• Coordinate closely with founders on daily priorities
  
• Support operational tasks required during early-stage growth
• Counselling with parents to support them for finding the best pre-school in their locality as per their requirements
  

Field Visits & Relationship Management

• Visit pre-schools and meet founders/administrators in person when required
  
• Build long-term relationships with school stakeholders
  
• Act as a point of contact for schools post-onboarding

Preferred candidate profile:

Education

• Minimum qualification:

  Graduation

• Candidates with

  10+2 or Diploma

  and strong practical as well as communication skills may also be considered

Experience

• 0 to 3 years

  of experience
• Freshers with strong communication in English, Kannada as well as Hindi and learning ability are welcome
  

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory

• Ability to understand and communicate in English is a strong plus
  
• Proficiency in:
  
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  
• Comfortable with data handling, basic analysis, and reporting to Founders
  
• Willingness to do field visits and interact directly with school top management as well as owners
