Location: IndoreDepartment: Sales & MarketingJob Type: Touring Job MP Level (PAN India if required)Product: Profile Sheets Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and expand our business for Profile Sheets. The role involves travelling across MP (and PAN India when required), developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving sustainable sales growth.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Identify and develop new customers across MP and required regions.• Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business.• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for product support.• Present and promote company products (Profile Sheets) in meetings, visits, and field interactions.• Negotiate prices, terms, and deals with clients.• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales reports.• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.• Maintain proper sales records and customer data.________________________________________Skills & Qualifications:• Graduate in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.• Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B/Industrial Sales (preferably in roofing, steel, fabrication, or building materials).• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Good relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.• Willing to travel extensively (Touring Job).• Self-driven and result-oriented.
