Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales and Marketing professional. The role involves engaging in sales activities, managing customer relationships, providing training on products, and implementing effective sales management strategies. Daily responsibilities will include communicating with potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, including establishing and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to provide guidance to clients and create successful sales strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to marketing and sales initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous
• Previous experience in enzyme manufacturing or related industries is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of meeting sales targets
