Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will oversee customer interactions, manage sales processes, and develop relationships to grow the client base. Key responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, managing sales activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and presenting solutions to meet client needs. Collaboration with other teams to meet sales goals and assist in training initiatives will also be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent client experiences
• Sales expertise, including Sales Management, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Experience in delivering Training and coaching to improve team performance and skill development
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
