Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing training to sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and overseeing sales activities to meet targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to train and develop sales teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the power sector is a plus
