Role Overview:

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to villa, farmhouse, resort, and venue owners to onboard them onto Villafest.
• Explain the platform benefits and partnership model to property owners.
• Negotiate terms and ensure successful listing setup with high-quality images and details.
• Build and maintain relationships with property partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support marketing campaigns to promote newly onboarded properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive local awareness and partnerships.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (hospitality/real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of local markets and property trends.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
• Passion for travel, events, or hospitality is a plus.
