Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, executing marketing strategies, and managing sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating sales materials, customer service, coordinating with the marketing team, and handling sales inquiries and orders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
• Proficient in Communication, both written and verbal
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to provide Training to sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the organic food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
