Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, handling customer interactions, offering exceptional client service, and managing training and sales operations. You will collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and achieve business objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage clients and build strong relationships.
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
• Experience in conducting Training sessions for team members and improving performance.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Familiarity with the wedding photography industry is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the sales or marketing domain is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
