Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, training sales staff, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, maintaining a solid understanding of our product range, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Having knowledge of oleochemicals esters & surfactants industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
