Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, training sales staff, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, maintaining a solid understanding of our product range, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Having knowledge of oleochemicals esters & surfactants industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is a plus Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
