As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our company engaged in manufacturing HVAC & R products such as flameproof and explosion-proof air conditioners, cold rooms chillers, ductable, and other flameproof HVAC related components, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. With more than 40+ associate partners across India, we are looking for dynamic and self-start candidates to join our team. This full-time on-site role, based in Thane, requires someone with strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in sales and sales management, and experience in training and providing guidance to sales teams. You will be responsible for conducting sales training, overseeing sales management activities, and optimizing performance to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in the technology sector is a plus, and experience in the HVAC sector would be preferred. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
