Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging in customer service, managing sales teams, and providing training to new team members. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and conduct Training programs
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
