Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Panchkula. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for new sales agents. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, assessing market trends, and ensuring sales targets are met. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in conducting and managing Training sessions Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in market analysis and trend assessment Strong organizational and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
