Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at IVillage. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales And Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our reach, growing our customer base, and building relationships with clients who value sustainability and social responsibility. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and has a genuine interest in supporting our mission.

• Business Development:

  Identify new potential clients, reach out to them, and expand the company’s client base.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Customer Queries:

  Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend the best products to suit their requirements.

• Vendor Research:

  Conduct research on potential vendors to source high-quality materials and products for the company.

• Exhibitions & Networking:

  Participate in exhibitions, set up stalls, and actively network to build new connections and promote the brand.
