Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets, identifying potential clients and markets, negotiating deals, and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with the management team to align marketing strategies with company objectives and monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Providing consistent reports on sales progress and outcomes will also be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in technology or IT sectors, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. As a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, you should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. In terms of compensation, you will receive 15-20% commission on monthly sales achieved, with a target of 5 lakhs per month. Additionally, infrastructure facilities will be provided to ensure smooth working at our office in Durgapur, West Bengal. This is an office-based position, and immediate joiners will be preferred.
