Role Description

Sales & Marketing Specialist

B2B sales

This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

HORECA distributors, wholesalers, and private-label buyers

Execute marketing and promotional campaigns for in-house brands (Tiint, Hot Take, etc.) across trade and digital channels.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new product opportunities.

Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.

industry exhibitions, buyer meetings, and trade shows

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

Track and report key sales metrics to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA/BA)

  with at least

  3 years of experience

  in sales, marketing, or business development

  OR MBA in Marketing / International Business

  with at least

  1 year of relevant experience

• Prior experience in the

  HORECA or B2B food supply sector

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with export documentation and private-label processes preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, or similar).
