Role Description We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to expand Hi-Jas’ business partnerships in India and overseas. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales , HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) channels, and marketing strategy execution for food or consumer-goods products. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence. NOTE: This is a full-time position , based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat . The role is primarily on-site , with the possibility of a hybrid schedule . Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B clients in food, cosmetic, and cleaning product categories — both domestic and export. Build and maintain relationships with HORECA distributors, wholesalers, and private-label buyers . Execute marketing and promotional campaigns for in-house brands (Tiint, Hot Take, etc.) across trade and digital channels. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new product opportunities. Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. Represent Hi-Jas at industry exhibitions, buyer meetings, and trade shows . Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations. Track and report key sales metrics to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BA) with at least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development OR MBA in Marketing / International Business with at least 1 year of relevant experience Prior experience in the HORECA or B2B food supply sector is mandatory . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with export documentation and private-label processes preferred.
