• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers.
• Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase outreach.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  sales and marketing

  within the

  bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sector

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of

  Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016

  preferred.
