Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in Ludhiana. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling sales, managing customer service, providing training to the sales team, and overseeing sales management. These tasks will include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring the provision of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training to the sales team
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the organic products or incense industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
