Role Description

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist to support our healthcare outreach and service coordination in Tirupur and Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer service activities, supporting sales operations, implementing outreach strategies, and contributing to marketing initiatives. The role involves working closely with clinics, partners, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement
• Ability to support and guide junior team members
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working on-site in Tiruppur and engaging with healthcare partners
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or service-based industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Present Cloud Cares’ technology solutions to doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners
• Schedule and conduct product briefings, demos, and follow-ups with healthcare professionals
• Share educational materials and usage guides tailored to clinical workflows
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, feedback, and engagement using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Stay informed about healthcare trends, clinical practices, and industry offerings
