Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, managing sales operations, and providing training to clients or team members. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve targets
• Ability to provide Training to clients or team members to support product understanding
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining sales documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant industry experience in air filtration or a related sector is advantageous
