Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at AppWorks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located in Lucknow. The role involves daily responsibilities such as managing sales activities, developing and executing marketing strategies, providing customer service, and training sales staff. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also handle client communications and work to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues
• Proven Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and improve the sales team
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Lucknow
• Relevant experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
