We're looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive(ideally with influencer marketing experience) who can generate and convert leads, build relationships with clients, and drive client win rates and brand reputation in India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound lead calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn communication
• Call new leads within 5 minutes of them requesting more info
• Schedule discovery calls, explore client goals, problems, and requirements, then create and present detailed proposals explaining how we'll solve their challenges and help them achieve their objectives. Address objections or answer questions live, negotiate terms and payments, and close deals
• Identify new business opportunities, pitch agency services, and drive deal closures
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for prospects
• Research target markets, especially international clients.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and monitor conversion metrics
• Stay updated on agency trends, pricing models, and competitor positioning

Requirements:

• 2-4 years proven experience in B2B sales, BD, or client acquisition (ideally influencer/performance marketing)
• Male candidate must have his own laptop
• Excellent communication, negotiation, proven closing rate, and presentation skills
• Expert in cold calling, client communication, and objection handling
• Experience in managing international leads strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of influencer and performance marketing is highly preferred
• Target-driven, ambitious, loyal, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
