The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment & Management Specialist. This role is crucial for scaling our organization by ensuring a constant pipeline of high-caliber individuals ready to engage with our training and business model. You will be instrumental in the full-cycle recruitment process and in maintaining key internal and external relationships. Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Process Management & End-to-End Recruitment:Proactively review and identify the best sources of potential candidates for various functions within the organization. Develop, implement, and execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to build a sustainable talent pool for current and future requirements. Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from initial sourcing through to onboarding. 2. Candidate Management:Manage candidates effectively throughout the entire recruitment process. Actively communicate the position opportunity and the client value proposition to potential candidates. Manage candidate expectations and provide timely, constructive feedback. Develop and maintain a strong, positive relationship with all potential and current candidates. 3. Internal & Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations and their needs. Interact with internal stakeholders (clients/teams) in a professional, timely, and responsive manner. Monitor and analyze industry changes to refine recruitment strategies. Contribute to the overall sourcing strategy and process improvement initiatives. Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.A passion for training, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and helping others achieve financial independence.Familiarity with online marketing and networking skills is a plus
