We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Educational Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students and parents in selecting suitable educational programs, helping them make informed decisions aligned with their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career paths.

Understand student needs and recommend the most appropriate learning solutions.

Conduct one-on-one sessions (via phone or video calls).

Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversions.

Build strong rapport and trust with students and families.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for effective student engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in counseling, education, or sales (preferred).

Empathy, patience, and a student-first mindset.

Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
