Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and promoting our products or services to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Sales:*

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients

- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

2. *Marketing:*

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services

- Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)

- Manage social media presence and engage with customers

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

1. *Experience:* 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing

2. *Skills:*

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

3. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
