Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Mumbai, India, with partial remote work. The role involves engaging with clients to promote products, driving sales and marketing initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions as needed. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to achieve goals, foster client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales proficiency with the ability to execute sales strategies effectively
• Experience in Sales & Marketing, including building and executing marketing plans
• Capability to conduct training sessions for customers or staff
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the rubber or footwear industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
