Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by promoting and selling construction chemicals (admixtures, waterproofing, coatings, grouts, adhesives, etc.) to builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and consultants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify and visit project sites to create demand and ensure product application.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and applicators.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for site trials, product approvals, and customer support.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events for brand promotion.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of construction industry and building materials (preferably construction chemicals).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with good networking ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in

    Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Marketing / Any Graduate with relevant industry experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
