Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, architects, and consultants.
Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution of marketing strategies.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients as required.
Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing of
construction chemicals
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with the Gurugram / Haryana market is an advantage.
