Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for construction chemicals in assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, dealers, and applicators.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
Promote company products (admixtures, waterproofing, grouts, sealants, etc.) through demonstrations and technical discussions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product awareness activities, and on-site trials.
Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and submit to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Collaborate with the technical team for on-site support and training sessions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of construction industry, preferably in chemicals/building materials.
Ability to work independently in the field with target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel reporting).
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering OR any Graduate with relevant sales experience in construction chemicals/building materials.
MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
