Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

    construction chemicals market

  • Meet contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and dealers to promote products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new projects.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for branding activities and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in

    Civil Engineering / Chemistry / Science / Marketing

    (preferred).
  • 15 years of sales experience in

    construction chemicals, building materials, paints, or related industry

    (Freshers with good aptitude may apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
